Q. How can I order from stayMAD Sportswear?
A. There are three easy ways to order products from stayMAD Sportswear:
First, you can browse through the stayMAD Sportswear website and select those items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, you proceed to checkout and place your order. Ordering is done through PayPal, a system that Ebay currently uses extensively in many of their transactions. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at PayPal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Q. How do I know that stayMAD received my order?
A. After you click "Submit My Order", you will receive a confirmation number with our thanks. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will be presented with a screen that indicates the aspects of your order that need to be revised. When you have made the necessary revisions, click "Submit My Order" again. If you still do not receive a confirmation or if you have addition questions, please contact us either by email at info@staymad.com or call us at (866) stay MAD (866.782.9623) between 8am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, so that we can help you complete the order.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in new condition, for an exchange or refund. (Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate valid through our mail order catalog and retail stores only. Include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. Use the return address label attached to the packing slip. Send package securely wrapped, insured and pre-paid.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping & handling charge for orders delivered to all states except: AR, KY, MT, ND, RI, SD.

We ship orders via UPS and US Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

International Shipments
International orders are shipped using UPS. The charge for International varies dependant on country of destination. For actual charges please E-mail us at info@staymad.com, or call (866) stay MAD (866.782.9623) and we will gladly assist you.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We will ship items from one order to multiple addresses within the United States. Simply follow the instructions during the checkout process to specify which items you would like to be sent to each address. For each additional shipping address, add $4.00.

What is the Chargeback Settlement Fee?
To cover the cost of processing chargebacks, PayPal assesses a $10 fee to sellers who are determined to be at fault for credit card payment chargebacks. The $10 fee will be waived in those cases where the sellers have fulfilled all of the requirements of PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. The $10 fee will also be waived for all sellers participating in our PayPal Preferred program.
